Mountain-Prairie Region n Message from the Regional Director As Regional Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s (Service), Mountain-Prairie Region, I am pleased to present this Step-down Strategic Plan for the Region’s Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program (Partners Program).

This year is the 20th anniversary of the Partners. The Office of External Affairs for the Mountain-Prairie Region of the U.S.
